• Arrival of the participants in Novi Sad, registration
• Welcome drink

Monday 22.9.2008

• Arrival of the participants in Novi Sad, registration.
• Opening XV CIMA 10 AM
• Coffee break
• Invited plenary lectures
• Lunch break
• Continuation of the plenary lectures.
• Coffee break
• Lectures followed by a discussion
• End of the plenary sekcion 18 PM
• Dinner 20 PM

Tuesday 23.9.2008:

• Continuation of the lectures 9 AM
• Coffee break
• Lectures followed by a discussion
• Lunch break
• Visit to the Museum of Vojvodina in Novi Sad
• Visit to City Museum of Novi Sad
• Guided tour to Petrovaradin fortress, ateliers
• Return to Novi Sad
• Dinner 20 PM

Wednesday 24.9.2008:

• Continuation of the lectures 9 AM
• Traveling to village Pecinci and visit to the Serbish Museum of Bread – Jeremija
• Lunch break (regional dishes)
• Visiting monastery of Grgetek
• Traveling to Sremski Karlovci.
• Visiting Museum of Apiculture "Zivanovic", Chapel of peace, Bishop's court and Memorial gallery, Wine-cellar.
• Dinner
• Return to Novi Sad

Thursday 25.9.2008:

• Traveling to Backi Petrovac and visit the Institute for hops, sorghum and aromatic plants.
• Visit to the community of Backi Petrovac - welcome words of the mayor of the town Backi Petrovac. guided tour on foot and visit Memorial gallery "Zuska Medvedjova" and National Museum.
• Lunch break
• Traveling to Kulpin and visiting the Serbish orthodox church and Museum of Agriculture, guided tour throw the permanent exhibition
• Cultural programme in the Museum's park.
• Picknic (regional dishes)
• Return to Novi Sad

Friday 26.9.2008:

• General Assambly of the AIMA 2008 and XV CIMA (A detailed programme and the agenda will be given later – points of the agenda: AIMA - statues, membership fees, permanently AIMA - Secretary, election of the new President, election of the next conference venue, publication of the AIMA etc.)
• End of the AIMA Congress -XV CIMA
• Lunch break
• Free programmme
• Final dinner 20 PM

Saturday 27.9.2008:

• Departure. Transfers to the airport "Nikola Tesla" Surcin/Belgrad or railway station.

Facultative programme:

• Excursion to Becej, visiting bigest farm in Serbia Dundjerski's castle "Fantast", Chapel Lunch break
• Traveling to village Novo Milosevo, visiting the private collection of old tractors "Zeravica"
• Dinner (regional dishes)
• Return to Novi Sad
• Post Congress Tour

Sunday 28.9.2008: Zlatibor mountin

• Visiting the Open-air museum "Staro selo" ("Old village") Sirogojno
• Traveling to the terminal of the "Sarganska osmica", railway – trip by train to the top of the Mokra gora -village of Emir Kusturica
• Detail information on traveling , accomadation, place of congress will be given in second information.
